Ábrahámhegy Beach is a nicely maintained, pretty beach on the north shore of Balaton. The condition of the premises is no coincidence, as this is a paying beach. The park area has lots of nooks with ample shade; the entry fee is fairly reasonable, and you get a varied selection of services and entertainment in return: there are five food stands, beach volleyball courts, futnet fields, ping-pong tables, mini golf, a varied assortment of sports equipment, a playground, and an outdoor chessboard. The beach deserves props for the fact that the entrance is fully accessible. There’s a lido-style area, which is the perfect place for building sand castles all day. In terms of gastronomy, the buffets serve traditional beach food like lángos, pancakes, and corn on the cob.
