If you're strolling along the shops of the promenade in Füred towards Tihany and you are looking for something new, turn your head right. You'll see a huge circus sign beyond the parking lot and a circus car in the end of the garden. This is Manézs Bistro, Füred hospitality v.2.0, with proper communication on Facebook and novice but enthusiastic owners.
The Manézs has imported a bit of the bohemian ruin pub atmosphere to Füred. Drop in when you've had enough of the crowd on the promenade and you're in need of a bit of shade, a good fröccs or soft tunes. The building used to house the Kalóz (Pirate) Restaurant in the 1990ies, hence the large pirate head on the wall. The garden is an eclectic mixture of the paintings by the current owner of the building, Gyula Kovács, hammocks swinging in between the trees, a renovated circus car from the 1960ies, and the pallet furniture dreamt up by Máté.
