World renowned ballet ensemble Moiseyev is to visit Hungary in December, also giving a performance in Veszprém on 11 December.
The name of Igor Moisevey (born in 1906 in Kiev) became well-known by the style named after him. He created a unique blend of folk dance, classical ballet, choreography emphasising the plot and spectacular acrobatic elements. The captivating shows have been a sweeping success all around the world.
The unique style of the ensemble has inspired several world-famous dancers, like Michael Flatley or Mustafa Erdogan. They have always been characterized by the spectacular harmony of perfectionism, rich choreography, virtuosity, music and beautiful, symbolic folk garments. The ensemble has performed in over 60 countries in more than 160 international tours.
