He picks out the fish personally at the port of Keszthely, then he and his helpers clean the fish by hand. First, the guests get to choose the fish of their preference, which is then coated in flour and paprika and fried. The fish is served with fresh bread and pickled cucumbers. Oszi bácsi's Bream Fry Joint is open every day in the summer.
