The owner of Florida Ice Cream Parlor in Balatonmáriafürdő is a perfectionist when it comes to ice cream, and he has been demonstrating this since 1992. Every single dayfrom 10am to 10pm from March through October, he busies himself behind the ice cream counter, selling 32 kinds of ice and coordinating a staff of 12. The result is a long queue of customers - and not only holidayers from around town. The ice cream shop cooks the icy treats according to the rules of the Italian school, and they use animal-origin cream procured from Cserpes Dairies as well as original Italian ingredients. They also sell Balaton's ice cream of the year and various refreshments that are increasingly popular.
