Kéthely’s new winery, Kristinus will soon impress those interested in high gastronomy with degustation menus; until then, we recommend visiting their bistro, the Kristinus Gastro Workshop. The menu offers a taste from what the restaurant will take to perfection, but even the Workshop knows no compromise when it comes to the quality of ingredients, serving aesthetics and commitment to local products.
All this means not only that our dinner, packed with exciting flavor combinations, is made from ingredients from Somogy county, but also that it’s served in an artful manner. In addition to being pleasing to both our eyes and mouth, it also fits the season, since the kitchen always works with seasonal vegetables and fruits. They have a weekly offer, but we better not search for the traditional appetizer – soup – main dish – dessert categories in the menu – instead, we get food recommendations for the wines of the house.
