Furnished in a modern style, the restaurant and the huge terrace can be found a few meters from the promenade of Balatonfüred, by the entrance of the marina. The kitchen is run by the team of Sparhelt Bistro, also based in Füred; they are famous for their bizarre pairings and fantastic flavors. The aim of chefs Lajos Takács and Balázs Elek is to grow as many ingredients as possible at the restaurant’s own farm in the village of Barnag. Out of the appetizers, try the duck tongue, the olive selection, or the homemade bread with olive oil, which is a great wine snack as well. Duck plays a main role among the main dishes as well, but you can’t go wrong with poultry, beef, fish, or a classic Italian pasta prepared on the spot either. All of this enhanced with local wines, a pleasant setting, and the view of the marina.
