Beach goers, festival crowds, weekend gastro-travelers, and families come to this small restaurant in Balatonszéplak to have the best pizza of the south shore. The place perfectly evokes the atmosphere of Italy. And lucky for us, we don’t have to travel to Tuscany if we crave some Italian-style pasta, fish, and meat dishes, or desserts. No wonder that they received a prestigious place on Gault Millau’s 2016 list.
The restaurant is located in a quiet street of holiday homes – Chef Sándor Kiss works his magic here, and he’s so good that people regularly think he was trained in Italy. We can either sit down in the homely inside area or in the garden; the only thing you have to make sure is to leave some place for the Nutella filled mini-calzone. Or just come back again.
