You can sip cool cocktails while enjoying a pleasant view of Lake Balaton at BÁRmikor. Here at the entrance to Wesselényi Beach, there’s a huge dance floor and also pallet furniture for those who’d rather relax. Most nights, DJs provide the music.

Morzsa Bisztró és Krimó - Balatonfüred
Morzsa Bistro was expanded this summer, so now this labyrinth of a pub has many hidden corners. Every now and then there’s a live act, but otherwise there’s the tasteful selection of drinks to keep guests happy. Morzsa is the perfect place to get in the mood before a big party.

Kredenc+Hello Tourist - Balatonfüred
Blaha Lujza utca is the centre of nightlife in Balatonfüred, the street buzzing on summer nights. Kredenc expands onto it with a large terrace, where you can enjoy great wines. On the other side, Hello Tourist is also an open-air spot but with less generous opening hours. Check out Facebook before you head there to make sure there’s something going on – although, if it's a summer weekend, it’s probably a party.

Black Swan - Balatonfüred
The Balatonfüred counterpart of Budapest’s elegant Black Swan is open for the season with a vast array of cocktails, space for dancing, a terrace with a little lake for chilling, and sometimes DJs, too.

Matróz - Balatonfüred
Matróz has become one of the most popular places for those who want to go out dancing in Balatonfüred. Located in a nice old villa, it has its unique vibe, with paintings on the walls and the staff dressed up as sailors.

Hullám Hostel - Révfülöp
There aren’t many hostels on the north shore, so Hullám in Révfülöp is rather unique. Here you can enjoy live ethno-folk music and budget-friendly drinks.

Káli-Kapocs has become the kind of place that connects locals and those who are just on a holiday here. It’s more than just a pub, and its cosy terrace is perfect for an intimate evening. Sometimes they have surprise concerts, too.

You can do almost anything you want at this community garden, just as long as you don’t bring negative vibes. Here you can expect to stumble upon special DJ sets and fireside jam sessions from travellers. Neked Szabad is an international place that keeps going thanks to the donations of its guests. This Badacsony spot has live acts all summer long within the framework of the Kultkikötő events series. The huge terrace is perfect for sampling Badacsony wines, with a beautiful view as the backdrop and a burger to accompany.
