There’s a superb barbecue joint in Siófok, right on the banks of Sió where briskets and ribs are prepared in a cool smoker. They source the meat carefully (from even as far as America) and they skip all of the unnecessary swanky details.  

The Texan interior of the BBQ restaurant is perfect for munching on meat – whether it comes in a burger or a bagel; although nothing beats the ribs or the steak. You can wash the meals down with craft beers and local wines.
