The cheese manufactory, established in 2001, makes products from goat's milk only. They have fresh and mature goat cheese in a variety of flavors, from unflavored to garlic and basil flavored versions. Their selection also features smoked goat cheese, urda cheese, curd and cream cheese.

Péter Dobosi sells the cheeses at the Market Hall of Füred on Friday and Saturday mornings, and also supplies various restaurants.
