The iconic cellar of Somló belongs to Béla Fekete. Uncle Béla, as many call him, and his wife started building their estate of 3.5 hectares in the ‘70s. Although they have retired since, the new owners remained true to the traditions of Uncle Béla. The wines are just as fleshy, and they are sold only after they were aged in bottles for numerous years.

The estate also has a small guest house right under Somló Wine Shop, about a kilometer away from the cellar. It’s easily accessible by car which makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Somló Hill. The guest house was established on the first floor of a press house of a small vineyard; it’s a hidden gem with a tranquil atmosphere and a beautiful view. The house has a bathroom and a kitchen that can accommodate four people.
