A mere 30 metres from Gödrös Public Beach, the Kalandsziget Tihany Forest Adventure Park awaits nature and adventure buffs all summer long.
Visitors can put themselves to the test under the shady trees, on three courses with varying levels of difficulty. The forty-odd obstacles, the climbing tree and the half-circle slide are all worth trying. If you’re lucky, you’ll also bump into Füles, the only permanent resident of the park – the little owl sits on the branches, watching as the visitors struggle to make it to the end of each course.
Unfortunately, parking isn’t free in front of the park, you have to pay an hourly fee per car. Tickets are available at the machine by the entrance.
Tip: The opening times vary based on the weather, so calling ahead is definitely a good idea.
