A little shop of delectable treats in the centre of Balatonalmádi. The name (Hungarian for Grandma’s pantry) is spot-on indeed: there is no place where you’ll find as many jams, syrups, homemade sausages as in granny’s larder.

Similar to Pörc in Balatonkenese, Nagy Kamrája primarily sells the products of Balaton farmers. Fresh cheese awaits behind the counter, and the most delicious Balaton wines are stacked on the shelves for you to choose from.

Other wares are also to be found here, such as Austrian and Italian chocolates, various kinds of coffee, and they also regularly stock up on ajvar to please a Serbian customer.
