After the winery and the wine terrace, Sáfránkert Restaurant now makes the Homola triumvirate in Paloznak complete.

The kitchen is led by Sándor Kerekes, and the cuisine is based mainly on preparing grill food in an innovative way, over an open fire. The menu constantly changes due to the seasonally available ingredients, and guests can also sample the daily creations of the chef.

They serve dishes like Mangalica butt with Dijon mustard, cream of Scotch bonnet soup, or the caramel and pear pieThe restaurant caters to kids and the fans of classic Hungarian dishes too. Homola items constitute the core of the wine selection, but the best vintages from the area and the Balaton region are also featured.
