The winery of Ervin Tamás needs no introduction for those who are familiar around the Csopak area. The wine cellar is known for its wines, fermented the traditional way in a wooden barrel, special syrups, jams and chutneys.

Next to the Csopak winery, you can find a wine shop/delicatessen selling their products, including such unique concoctions as dandelion syrup, green walnut jelly, sugar-free syrups, and beetroot and lemon chutney. You won’t find these in your local store, and the raspberry vinegar is a curiosity as well – it goes well with ice cream and fruit salads.
