The windmills of Tés are located in the backyard of a family, who are happy to let you take a look around (unless you visit unreasonably early or late).
There’s even an old blacksmith workshop in the garden with all the tools, which you can also check out.
The mills could still working today, and if you have the key, you can take a look around inside as well.
