You'll find Tamás Winery next to theJásdi Wine Cellarin Csopak. An iconic establishment by local standards, the winery places a special emphasis on bio farming, trying to make a point of not using artificial ingredients.
The majority of their wines are Riesling-based, and all of their vintages are fermented in wooden barrels. That is not the only claim to fame of the cellar: they are also known for their syrups that are on offer in several restaurants around the lake, and in 2013, they released a new concoction, lavender cider.
Their jams and chutneys are hot products as well – you can pick them up at the family’s enoteca.
