Heading towards Vászoly from Balatonudvari, pay close attention about halfway down the road for the sign pointing out the side-road to Skrabski Winery. You can buy them here at the cellar, at a price between 1500 and 2500 HUF, otherwise you can meet them in shops from Balatonkenese through Balatonszepezd to Veszprém.
