Thanks to calm winds, Kékszalag, Lake Balaton’s major annual sailing competition, proved to be an exciting contest in 2019. We Love Balaton staff photographer captured classic moments from this year's action.

The Kékszalag is the biggest event in the Balaton sporting calendar, an annual sailing race now staged for the 51st time. The winner for 2019 was Racing Django, steered by Zoltán Petrányi, followed by MKB-Extreme Sailing Team led by Kristóf Kaiser and Farkas Litkei’s PreVital boat.
