For the second summer in a row, the coronavirus epidemic has forced organisers of Balaton Sound, the biggest music festival by the lake, to cancel the event.
After initial hopes of Balaton Sound going ahead this summer, with the location booked, this major lakeside festival has had to be cancelled for yet another year. It’s not yet clear whether smaller festivals such as Művészetek Völgye, VeszprémFest, Everness, STRAND and B my Lake will have to follow suit.
