The stand-up paddle sport of SUP is all the rage these days, and next month the world championships are taking place at Balatonfüred. Originally due to be held in June, the event has now been moved to 9-12 September.
For the only the second time in the history of this young sport, the world championships in SUP are being organised. After the inaugural finals in China in 2019, Hungary will be the host of the 2021 edition.
The world’s greatest SUP boarders will be descending on Balatonfüred from 9-12 September. As well as professional teams, amateurs can apply to participate. For all details, see here.
