Balaton Cross Swimming is an event worthy of every sports lover’s bucket list. On July 7, the brave swimmers will jump in at Révfülöp, then swim 5.2 kilometers to reach Platán beach in Balatonboglár. Everyone can compete who’s in suitable health: you either have to bring a medical certificate or have an examination at the venue before the race.
(The cross swimming was supposed to take place on June 30 but was postponed due to bad weather conditions)
