Ábrahámhegy Beach is a nicely maintained, pretty beach on the north shore of Balaton. The condition of the premises is no coincidence, as this is a paying beach. The park area has lots of nooks with ample shade; the entry fee is fairly reasonable, and you get a varied selection of services and entertainment in return.
There are five food stands, beach volleyball courts, futnet fields, ping-pong tables, mini golf, a varied assortment of sports equipment, a playground, and an outdoor chessboard. In terms of gastronomy, the buffets serve traditional beach food like lángos, pancakes, and corn on the cob.
Tip: The beach deserves props for the fact that the entrance is fully accessible. There’s a lido-style area, which is the perfect place for building sand castles all day.
