The rethought successor of an old bistro, Balcsi Bistro opened at Tihany Piac Placc with a new chef, Tamás Dános, who’s known from a successful cooking show.
The selection includes the special Balcsi Burger and the chicken liver which is popular among all visitors regardless of age.
