Zamárdi Chef Beach is part of the new wave Balaton beach food trend. The concept is the same as on the north shore: you might have to wait 5 more minutes for your pancakes, but they will be freshly made instead of coming straight out of the microwave.
The same goes for the hamburger, as both the patty and the bun are prepared on the spot. Túrós csusza, a Hungarian pasta dish with curd cheese, is also on the menu with homemade noodles, fried bacon, sour cream and an added twist of grilled vegetables.
