Housed in an ancient mill renovated in 2011, Hotel Historia Malomkert looks like the real life equivalent of something you’d see on a hip interior design blog.
It’s furnished in a fashionable style that also features more traditional elements: the stone walls and the rustic beams are from a bygone era, but the Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV are welcome signs of the 21st century. The terrace and all the rooms enjoy a splendid view of the castle – if that is not a good enough reason to visit this amazing location, we’re not sure what is.
Tip: The hotel also has a line of beers produced under the Historia name, which can be sampled at the on-site restaurant together with a selection tasty burgers.
