The owners of KisKert, Ágnes Südy and Szilárd Horváth wanted to open a restaurant where they can carry on with the same standards and attitude their former place of employment, Kistücsök represents. Still, they put their own twist on the Hungarian dishes of this restaurant.

The menu consists of traditional dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients of good quality, and they use the sous-vide method whenever they can. The long list of drinks includes wines from the area as well as their homemade cordials.
