“Homemade artisan cheeses made of the milk of Jersey cattle” – is how Korosajt Műhely of Nemesbük advertises itself. This pretty much covers why it is worthwhile to pop in to this wonderful village found even beyond the Keszthely Hills.

However, this sentence has no means to describe how lovingly András Korosa cares for his cows that will never end up at the slaughter-house. Perhaps, this is what makes his cheeses so heavenly  that they even made it on the menu of Paletta.
