A family lot in peaceful Révfülöp is slowly turning into a community space with volunteers from abroad and a rich vegetable garden: Neked Szabad (meaning “Free for You”) is only a 15 minutes walk away from Lake Balaton’s shore, and only a small detour away from Road 71.

Upon entering the 1,000 square-metres large garden, you’re immediately greeted by a Balaton-idyll, colored with all the shades of green. The garden is the family heritage of the host, Wanda; a few years ago they decided that it’s time to take the garden back from the weeds.

Today, they have a garden kitchen, a community tent (which looks like a location for Samsara at first glance), a garden shower, an eco-bathroom, and a spot for campfires.
