Péklány (“Baker Girl”) opened in the center of Balatonfüred in the fall of 2017 – this is the “miniature” bakery of Orsi Zeliska. Located next to Sparhelt, the artisan bakery not only sells rye bread, cocoa babka, and orange-cinnamon rolls, but we can also get Orsi’s favorite, the so called “ladies’ blessing”, which is a whole grain spelt bread with flax seeds. It’s also worth to stop by for a quick coffee or a glass of cordial.
