Balatonfüred’s latest ice cream parlour, Sarokház has a selection of classic flavours and dessert inspired ones, like the strawberry cottage cheese or the Catalan cream.

About 20 types of ice cream are made in Sarokház and they continuously experiment with new flavours as well as lactose- and sugar-free varieties. The ice cream maker learned the secrets of the trade in Bologna at a course with Carpigiani. The paste and purees with a 100% fruit content also arrive from Italy.

Tip: Small signs indicate the allergens in all of the variation, making it easier to find the ones that are suitable for those who have intolerances.
