After getting off the train at the station of Szabadisóstó and walking a bit on Baross Gábor utca, you arrive at the Siófok-Balatonszabad public beach.
The beach is easy to recognize from its nice, long pier running into the water. In the summer, many towels are spread out on the green lawn, directly next to the road. While there’s a certain charm to sunbathing with cars driving by just a few metres away from your head, you can also take camp on the above-mentioned pier.
