Péter Váli's wine cellar is found in a hidden nook of Badacsonyörs, but the visit is definitely worth all the bumps along the dirt road leading there. Péter Váli loves gastronomy as much as wines: this pleasant place was created to satisfy all the requirements of carefree feasts. If you happen to attend a wine tasting here, be sure to sample the Welschriesling as well as the Budai Zöld. You can get hold of their bottles at the Radovin wine shop, but hardly elsewhere.
