Yesterday, the water patrol warned that there must be at least 10-cm-thick ice blanket Lake Balaton to be safe. We are not close yet; and there is proof from Idokep's drone, so hold your horses... or skates.
We'd love to show you ice surfing, ice sailing and tobogganing as soon as possible, but the pictures below suggest that it is just not time yet. You should, however, still watch the video shot by Idokep's drone in Siófok, because of the awesome footage and since you rarely see where the ice floes stop to make way to Balaton's waters.
