This is the oldest and longest regatta around a lake in Europe. This will be the 45th Kékszalag (Blue Ribbon) race and festival.
Kékszalag Race has been organized since 1934, so there's no doubt it has an enormous amount of legacy behind its back. There are always 400-500 boats participating with 1800-2000 tireless sailors on the decks. Before the race starts the participants look like they were all in one giant fleet when they sail along the coast in front of the audience.
Route: Balatonfüred – Balatonkenese – Tihany – Keszthely – Balatonfüred.
