A year has passed, and the authentic countryside pig slaughter in Ábrahámhegy will take place once again. The day begins with pálinka tasting and a breakfast feast of roast blood with liver, and will continue with the sausage filling contest. In the evening, visitors can partake in a pig slaughter dinner with music, before a night of merriment.

Food stands and mulled wine for the adults, tea and a play area for the kids.

For the participants of the sausage filling contest 5 kg of ground meat and pig’s intestines for the casing will be supplied; everything else must be acquired by the contestants themselves.
The sausages made for the contest will be sold during the day with bread and mustard for a price of 500 HUF/portion.

The pig slaughter dinner and the party begin at 7pm.
Dinner: orja soup (made from pork spine), sauerkraut with boiled pork, roasted black pudding, sausage, bread, pickled vegetables
