The Helikoni Ünnepségek / Helikon Festival of High Schools is a biennial cultural festival for the high schools of the Transdanubia, where students compete in18 arts categories in front of a jury.

Since the beginning of the 19th century, the Helikon Festival has provided opportunity for emerging artists to introduce their art. The assessment and the results ceremony take place on the last day. The grand prize of each category and the special awards are presented in the frame of the closing Helikon Gala.
