Be part of an authentic, traditional pig slaughter in Vonyarcvashegy on 22 November!
The day begins with a homemade pálinka, which will be followed by the cleaning, searing and processing of the pig. Participation in these is, of course, voluntary. Breakfast: blood fried on onions, roast liver, pickles and bread. You can glimpse into the tricks of making pork cheese, liver and blood sausages, sausages and cracklings - with accordion music in the background.
