Mara Jernigan, who is a Canadian chef and one of the most famous Canadian ambassadors of gastro-tourism and agro-tourism, won’t be visiting Hungary for the first time on September 17.
Encouraged by last year’s success, Gilvesy Winery invited her for collaboration yet again; and this time, she will arrive with her son, Julian.

The mother-son chef duo currently runs the exciting pop-up kitchen of the Itzana Resort and Residence in Belize. On September 17, they will visit the local markets and producers, and entertain the dinner’s guests with a five-course meal, complete with a Canadian twist. Naturally, the family winery will take care of the wines to accompany the food.
