Gilvesy Pincészet, having organized several, special gastronomic events, we are closing this season with a some special guests. We delighted to announce Mara Jernigan the Canadian chef, organic farmer and former president of Slow Food Canada specializing in sustainable agritourism and culinary tourism in Canada, has accepted our invitation and will visit our Winery.

With the help of her son Julian, Mara will bring a special gastro program to life at the cellar of Gilvesy Pincészet. The mother-son duo recently completed a “Pop-up” event on Vancouver Island. Julian has been one of the chefs at the renowned Toqué in Montreal for 3 years. Most recently they work together at the exciting Itzana Resort and Residence's pop-up kitchen in Belize.

Mara and Julian will make a snug launch for 36 people with a menu inspired by the Gilvesy Wines and the tastes of our region.
