The Mesztegnyő Rétes Festival and Village Day will be held for the 15th time on 27 and 28 June. On occassion of the event, the Mesztegnyő Forest Railway will run according to a busier schedule.
The rétes has always occupied an outstanding position among the cultural, culinary and pastry-making traditions of 'Somogycountry'. This is still so.
