On 24 January, Balatonfüred awaits everyone with a whole day of programs: pig slaughter, pálinka contest, food tasting, and everything a traditional pig slaughter includes.

07:00 - 14:00 Pig slaughter processes - guests are welcomed with bead and dripping, and hot tea
10:00 Folk dance lesson for kids, folk games
12:00 Arácsi centimetres- pálinka tasting - the best three spirits get a tasting voucher
14:00 - 16:00 Tasting the products of the slaughter
20:00 Retro Party/ Töpörtyű (Crackling) Party at the Arácsi Folk House (entry: 1000 HUF)
A limited number of tasting vouchers are available for 1200 HUF at the Arácsi Folk House until 22 January.
