The Szombathely-based Savaria Symphony Orchestra conducted by János Kovács holds an aria night at Veszprém's Hangvilla, featuring the world famous opera singer, Andrea Rost. The event is also the album première of the orchestra's new record, Colours



The repertoire of the renown Hungarian Savaria Symphony Orchestra consists primarily of romantic and 20th century pieces. The orchestra often performs in operas and at various Hungarian and international festivals.

This night's programme includes excerpts from the following operas: Romeo and Juliet, Faust (Gounod), The Tales of Hoffmann (Offenbach), Carmen (Bizet), La Bohéme, Turandot (Puccini), Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Othello (Verdi).
