The Spirit of Balaton 24-hour pleasure and performance cycling tour around Lake Balaton will be held on the first Saturday of July. The tour starts from Balatonmáriafürdő and - after going around the lake - returns there.
Throughout the tour, participants can collect stamps at several stops. The stamp booklet can be downloaded for printing from the Spirit of Balaton site. You can participate individually or in teams. The distance is 220 km, or cca. 150 km if you take a shortcut with the Tihany ferry.
Participation is free, registration is not required but it helps the organizers.
