Throwback
With this race, Szigliget wishes to commemorate a historical event: in 1558, raiding Turks attacked SZigliget farmers during a harvest. It was the castles commander, Bálint Palonai Magyar to rush to their help with his soldiers and escort the people of the village to the castle.
Szigliget Castle Run
Participants can compete on 6 or 10 kilometres. The finish is at Szigliget Castle.
