On 10 January, enjoy the wines of the Szeremley Winery and a dinner by chef István Ács of Bock Bistro Balaton. The special dinner is made more special by live music by the Babos & Piller Jazz Duo.

Huba Szeremley's reconstructed family winery produces its special wines on nearly 120 acres. The Szeremley Winery is also known for its Hungaricum wines, which are not find elsewhere, like the Kéknyelű and its pollinating pair the Budai Zöld, as well as the Zeus. We also have to mention the Szemelt Riesling, a crossover of Welschriesling and Rhine Riesling.

This evening, the Szeremley wines are accompanied by a 4-course dinner. Guests can also enjoy a guided tour of the Festetics Helikon Taverna.
