Lavender festival is back for the 10th time this year to Tihany in cooperation with the Németh László Culture House and the Balaton-felvidéki National Park between 16 and 22 June.
Lavender has always played a special role in the history of Tihany - the cultivation and processing of lavender has long-stanidng traditions around here. The Tihany Lavander Festival is aimed at evoking these traditions.
The folk art fair and the kids' handicraft workshop introduce the various methods of processing lavender. The highlight of the festival is the lavender harvest, in which you can also participate.
