Attila Bakos’ Family Restaurant in Szigliget is not simply a restaurant, but a mini museum as well. It has been in business for 22 years now and boasts of regulars such as the president of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Hungarian president. It was featured in television programmes like Gasztroangyal and Balatoni nyár.
Even after two decades, Attila Bakos is here all the time, personally welcoming every guest. The place is open all year round. The menu, which is dominated by Hungarian-style meat dishes, is revamped twice a year, and the seasonal offer changes every week.
