There are several public beaches within a 4-km stretch on Balatonlelle’s shore, among them Western Publich Beach, the one in Csöpi köz and another named after nearby Szirom köz.
Located right next to Balatonlelle-felső train station, the beach gets a lot of shade, and there’s a small playground with wooden toys and a sandbox for the little ones. Benches, a food stand and a first-aid station make the beach experience even more comfortable.
